    This study compared the effects of 2% topical Minoxidil and rosemary solution on 78 patients with Alopecia Areata. Patients were divided into two groups, each receiving one of the treatments, and applied the solution twice daily for two months. The results showed no significant difference in cure rates between the two groups, indicating that both treatments were equally effective. The study concluded that rosemary is an effective and affordable treatment option for alopecia areata.
