TLDR RhoA helps skin stem cells grow, aiding wound healing.
The study demonstrated that RhoA influenced epidermal stem cell (ESC) proliferation through the activation of the PKN1-cyclin D1 signaling pathway in vitro. This finding suggested that RhoA could have been a potential therapeutic target for enhancing wound healing.
