    Cuscuta reflexa Roxb., a parasitic plant in the Convolvulaceae family, is recognized for its medicinal value in treating various ailments such as migraines, epilepsy, and fever. This review highlights the plant's botanical, pharmacological, and phytochemical properties, identifying approximately 25 bioactive compounds with significant pharmacological potential. Despite promising findings, further in vivo pharmacological and toxicological studies are needed to fully understand and integrate its therapeutic mechanisms into clinical practice. Continued research is essential to unlock the full medicinal potential of Cuscuta reflexa and improve healthcare outcomes.
