    A 25-year-old Moroccan judoka was diagnosed with Tinea capitis caused by Trichophyton tonsurans, an unusual pathogen in Morocco, marking the first such case in the country. The patient exhibited scalp plaque with hair loss and squamous lesions on the wrist and knee. Cultures from the lesions confirmed T. tonsurans. This case highlights the need for screening international athletes and improving hygiene in sports environments to prevent potential outbreaks.
