This case series reports the successful use of electrochemotherapy (ECT) in treating cutaneous mast cell tumors (MCTs) in four cats. The cats presented with multiple or large tumors, and ECT was used as an alternative to surgery, involving intravenous bleomycin and electric pulses. Complete tumor resolution was observed in all cats, with no recurrence during a follow-up period of 210 to 810 days, although one cat developed new lesions at day 210. The treatment showed mild local toxicity, primarily alopecia and scar tissue, and required one to two sessions. The study suggests ECT as a viable alternative for managing feline MCTs, warranting further research.
