The study evaluated the quality of life in patients with alopecia areata and androgenetic alopecia. It was conducted by the State Research Center of Dermatovenereology and Cosmetology under the Ministry of Healthcare of the Russian Federation. The research focused on understanding how these types of hair loss affected patients' life quality. The findings indicated that both alopecia areata and androgenetic alopecia had significant impacts on the patients' quality of life, highlighting the psychological and social challenges faced by individuals suffering from these conditions. The study underscored the importance of addressing the emotional and social aspects of hair loss in treatment plans.
