The study developed a polyherbal sunscreen cream containing extracts from Camellia sinensis, Vitis vinifera, and Silybum marianum, aiming to provide antioxidant and photoprotective benefits. Among six formulations, F4 showed superior performance with high release rates of active compounds and potent antioxidant activity, inhibiting 71.56% of reactive oxygen species. It achieved a Sun Protection Factor (SPF) of 25.38, comparable to synthetic sunscreens, and maintained stability over three months. F4 presents a promising natural alternative for protecting photosensitive individuals from UV-induced skin damage.
