Features of Pharmaceutical Consulting by Specialists of Pharmacy Institutions for the Problem of Hair Loss in Pharmacy Visitors

The study investigates the role of pharmaceutical workers in advising and informing patients with hair loss, who often seek help directly from pharmacies rather than doctors. Conducted in the Republic of Crimea, the research aimed to assess the information and educational needs of pharmacy specialists regarding pharmaceutical counseling for hair loss (alopecia). The competence of pharmacy employees was evaluated through a questionnaire, focusing on their ability to provide appropriate advice on medicines, dietary supplements, and cosmetic products. The findings highlight the critical position of pharmaceutical workers in managing hair loss issues among the population.
