TLDR Peppermint oil in a special gel helps hair grow better.

The study successfully formulated peppermint essential oil into nanoliposomes using Phospolipon® 80H and Phytosolve® lipoids, achieving a particle size of 96.7 nm. Tests on Sprague Dawley male white rats indicated that the peppermint nanoliposome gel significantly enhanced hair growth compared to other formulations, without causing skin irritation. The research concludes that peppermint essential oil in a nanoliposome gel serum is effective for promoting hair growth.
