This case report discusses the successful management of Alopecia Areata, known as Indralupta in ayurveda, in a 28-year-old female using ayurvedic treatments. Ayurveda attributes its pathogenesis to imbalances in tridosha and rakta, along with agnimandya. The patient experienced significant hair regrowth and reduced hair loss, highlighting ayurveda's potential as an individualized and sustainable approach to managing autoimmune and dermatological conditions.
