TLDR A 15-year-old girl has a benign skin tumor on her neck.
A 15-year-old girl presented with a linear array of trichoepitheliomas on her left neck, which had been present since early childhood and grew proportionally with her. These benign trichogenic tumors, which differentiate toward the outer root sheath of the hair follicle, were asymptomatic and consisted of five skin-colored to yellow-pink papules. The patient was otherwise healthy, with no other skin findings or systemic complaints. Trichoepitheliomas can appear in various morphologies and may be associated with genetic syndromes, but in this case, they appeared sporadically in an otherwise normal patient.
