Medicinal Leech Therapy in Alopecia Areata Patchy: A Case Report

    A 29-year-old male patient with alopecia areata patchy underwent medicinal leech therapy combined with internal medications, including Tablet Aarogya-Vardhini, Tablet Saptamruta-Loha, Tablet Ashwagandha, and Mahamanjishthadi Kwath, for three months. The treatment aimed to increase blood circulation and break up blood clots. The patient experienced relief from scalp itching and dandruff, and notably, there was remarkable regrowth of hair.
