Role of Jayapala Beej Churna and Jalaukavacharan in Indralupta (Alopecia Areata): A Case Study

    TLDR Ayurvedic treatments can effectively regrow hair in Alopecia Areata without side effects.
    This case study examines the treatment of a 3.5-year-old male with Alopecia Areata using Jayapala Beej churna and Jalaukavacharan (leech therapy). Over 5 months and six sessions, the patient experienced significant hair regrowth, with the previously bald patches fully covered in black hair by the end of the treatment. No side effects were reported, indicating that Ayurvedic treatments can effectively manage Alopecia Areata without requiring hair transplantation.
