This issue of Notulae Botanicae Horti Agrobotanici Cluj-Napoca from 2019 presented diverse research in plant science, horticulture, agronomy, and crop science. It included studies on micropropagation systems, plant root hair growth in response to hormones, and propagation methods for Hypericum empetrifolium. Other research focused on genetic studies in cucumber, potential gene transfer in genetically modified cotton, and transcriptome analyses in avocado and Kentucky bluegrass. The journal transitioned to an online-only format in 2017 and began quarterly publications in 2019, while still offering a traditional printed version.
