TLDR Integrative hair therapy improved hair loss and regrowth.
This clinical case study demonstrates the effectiveness of integrative hair therapy in treating a 37-year-old female with diffuse androgenetic alopecia and chronic telogen effluvium. The treatment involved scalp massages, low-level laser therapy, blue LED light, ILIB, aromatherapy, and topical caffeine over four months, leading to significant improvement in hair shedding and regrowth after seven weeks. The success was attributed to a personalized care plan, consistent follow-up, and patient engagement, with caffeine acting as a peripheral antiandrogenic agent. The study underscores the importance of integrative strategies and patient adherence in managing multifactorial and inflammatory hair loss conditions.
