    This review article discusses the positive impact of diet and exercise on managing Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS), a menstrual disorder with various associated health issues. It emphasizes that incorporating a healthy diet and regular exercise into daily routines can help reduce the severity of PCOS and its complications, such as insulin resistance, obesity, hirsutism, alopecia, and cardiovascular diseases. The article suggests that nutritional therapy and lifestyle changes are preferable to hormonal treatments, which may have adverse effects, especially for younger women who are still developing. It also notes that PCOS can begin at different ages, either after menarche or later in life, influenced by lifestyle factors.
