The study aimed to improve the treatment of infected and purulent wounds using a combination of 0.02% Decamethoxine and Blastomunil. Conducted on 60 white rats divided into 6 groups, the research found that Blastomunil positively affected wound healing by accelerating wound cleaning, reducing inflammation, and shortening the reparative process. Specifically, local application of Blastomunil resulted in wound healing 2.75 times faster than the control group. The combination of Decamethoxine's antimicrobial properties with Blastomunil's immunomodulatory effects led to effective wound healing and epithelization by day 14 in groups III, V, and VI.
