The study investigated the effectiveness of Huoxue Bushen Mixture in treating female pattern hair loss in 91 subjects over three months. Results showed a 93.41% overall effective rate, with significant reductions in symptoms like soreness of the waist and knee, insomnia, oily scalp, and scalp itching. Additionally, the treatment significantly increased the ratio of serum estradiol to testosterone. The study concluded that Huoxue Bushen Mixture was effective in treating female pattern hair loss by regulating hormone levels.
