    A 49-year-old woman with stress-induced alopecia totalis, which worsened after significant emotional trauma, showed no improvement with allopathic treatment. However, individualized homoeopathic management using Ignatia amara, Phosphoric acid, and Thuja occidentalis led to marked hair regrowth on the scalp and eyebrows and restored emotional balance. This case highlights the potential effectiveness of homoeopathy in treating stress-related alopecia totalis.
