This case series explores the effectiveness of individualized homoeopathic treatment for Alopecia Areata (AA) through three cases. The first case involved a 17-year-old female with a single bald patch, successfully treated with Natrum Muriaticum. The second case was a 21-year-old female with a bald patch and a history of hair fall and greying, treated with Calcarea Carbonica. The third case involved a 16-year-old male with a small bald patch, treated with Argentum Nitricum. All patients received individualized homoeopathic medicine on the Fifty Millesimal Scale, resulting in successful outcomes.
