TLDR Phosphorus homeopathy treatment led to complete hair regrowth in two Alopecia Areata patients.
The document presents two case reports on the treatment of Alopecia Areata (AA) using individualized homoeopathic preparation of Phosphorus. Both patients experienced complete hair regrowth and no relapse of symptoms over an 18-month period. The Severity Alopecia Tool (SALT) score dropped from 24.04 to 0% in case 1 and from 8.4 to 0% in case 2. The Measure Yourself Medical Outcome Profile 2 (MYMOP2) scores also improved significantly, from 3.5 to 0 in case 1 and from 5.5 to 0 in case 2. The Modified Naranjo Criteria for Homoeopathy (MONARCH) scores were +09 and +10, indicating a strong causal relationship between the treatment and the observed outcomes. The study suggests that individualized homoeopathic treatment with Phosphorus can effectively treat AA, but larger studies are needed to confirm these findings.
