    The study developed a high-throughput protocol for isolating platelet-rich plasma (PRP) and pro-angiogenic cells, termed Angio PRP, to enhance skin wound healing. Angio PRP was shown to effectively promote wound closure, re-epithelialization, granulation tissue growth, and blood vessel regeneration. The treatment also improved the mechanical properties of mouse wounds by organizing elastin and collagen fibers correctly. Proteomic analysis revealed that Angio PRP upregulated the detoxification pathway of glutathione metabolism, which was associated with reduced inflammation. These findings provided a framework for Angio PRP's role in wound healing and suggested potential for future clinical applications.
