TLDR The hand rejuvenation method makes hands look younger by improving skin and filling out tissues.
The multistage hand rejuvenation protocol targeted both skin and subcutaneous tissues, using topical therapies and intense pulsed light to thicken skin, rejuvenate it, and improve age spots and leathery texture. Autologous fat was injected into multiple tissue layers to fill out underlying tissue, and excess skin was excised with a small, well-hidden incision on the ulnar surface.
