This prospective study evaluated the effectiveness of combining concentrated growth factors (CGF) with Follicular Unit Extraction (FUE) in treating androgenetic alopecia (AGA) in 26 male patients. The study found that the group receiving CGF-assisted FUE showed significantly higher hair density and an increased proportion of terminal hair compared to the group receiving FUE alone, with results measured at nine months. The treatment was also associated with favorable safety and high patient satisfaction, suggesting that CGF can enhance the outcomes of FUE in AGA treatment.
