    The study explores the initial experience with a new vacuum-automated Follicular Unit Extraction (FUE) device for hair transplantation, which allows for sterile storage of follicles in an optimal environment. Conducted over two years with 60 transplants (57 males, 3 females), the study compared vacuum-assisted extraction (26.7%) with forceps extraction (73.3%). Results showed a mean of 2015 grafts transplanted initially, decreasing slightly to 1915.6 after 12 months, with significant differences based on age, surgical technique, and donor area. The device enables the transplantation of over a thousand grafts in one day, offering minimally invasive procedures and improved cosmetic outcomes due to enhanced follicle viability.
