TLDR Hair transplant surgery is a good cosmetic solution for people with little or no pubic hair, especially to boost their self-esteem.
From 2001 to 2005, a study was conducted on 507 Korean women, aged 41.3 years on average, who had pubic atrichosis (22.7%) or hypotrichosis (77.3%). The study found that 81.7% of atrichosis patients had a family history of the condition. The primary reason for undergoing hair restoration surgery was a sense of inferiority to the same sex (73.8%). The average number of transplanted hairs was 929.3, with the modified horizontal type being the most common design pattern used (87.0%). The average survival rate of single-hair grafts on the pubis was 73.6%. The study concluded that pubic hair transplantation surgery is a suitable cosmetic procedure for patients with pubic atrichosis or hypotrichosis, particularly for addressing their inferiority complex.

She has purchased various hair loss treatments including minoxidil, dutasteride, finasteride, and spironolactone, but is cautious about starting them due to potential interactions with her ADHD medication.
