TLDR Chemotherapy successfully treated both Hodgkin's disease and skin lesions.
The document described a case of a 39-year-old man with Hodgkin's disease (HD) who also presented with skin lesions consistent with granuloma annulare (GA). The patient had bilateral cervical lymphadenopathy and skin biopsies showed cellular infiltration without Hodgkin or Reed-Sternberg cells. Immunohistochemical analysis confirmed the presence of GA. The patient was treated with ABVD chemotherapy for HD, which resulted in the disappearance of both the HD and GA lesions after 10 courses. This case highlighted a potential association between GA and HD, as the skin lesions resolved with chemotherapy targeting HD.
