This study on Frontal Fibrosing Alopecia (FFA) in Mexican patients over a 15-year period identified 37 cases, with 97% being women and an average age of 57.8 years. The main clinical manifestation was recession of the hairline, and 91.8% of cases showed scarring alopecia histologically. The prevalence of FFA has increased since 2017, predominantly affecting postmenopausal women.
