After one month, hemospermia disappeared in 93.3% of the experimental group compared to 57.7% of the control group, indicating a significant difference. The study concluded that Finasteride combined with antibiotics was more effective in treating hemospermia, potentially due to its ability to reduce VEGF synthesis and inhibit microvascular formation.
