TLDR Low-level laser therapy effectively treats hair loss and promotes hair growth.
This study assessed the effectiveness of 1550nm wavelength low-level laser therapy (LLLT) for treating hair loss in 68 participants over three months, with follow-ups up to nine months. The experimental group (n = 60) received additional maintenance therapy. Results showed significant improvements in hair loss conditions, particularly in the experimental group, indicating that LLLT is an effective, non-invasive, and safe option for enhancing scalp health and promoting hair growth.
