    Down's syndrome, a common chromosomal anomaly, is associated with various dermatological disorders, including syringomas, which are benign adnexal tumors. This document reported a case of an 8-year-old child with Down's syndrome who presented with eruptive syringomas on the face and hand, highlighting the higher frequency of syringomas in individuals with this condition.
