Hair transplantation using Follicular Unit Extraction (FUE) is shown to be an effective method for enhancing mid-upper facial proportions in East Asian women with high and wide foreheads. This procedure results in a softer and more three-dimensional forehead contour. The surgical design, tailored to East Asian facial and hair characteristics, leads to high patient satisfaction and favorable safety outcomes, suggesting its potential for broader clinical application.
