    TLDR Elderly demand for hair care services is rapidly increasing.
    The article investigates the increasing utilization of trichological services by elderly customers aged 60 and above at Hairmitage Clinic, influenced by demographic changes, lifestyle shifts, economic status, and the prevalence of hair and scalp diseases. Using a case study approach, the research analyzes data from 2021 to 2025 across three clinic locations in Poland. The findings reveal that demand for trichological services among the elderly is growing faster than the overall revenue of the company, indicating a promising market potential. The study calls for further research into the trichology services and hair loss treatment market.
