TLDR Ayurvedic treatment improved hypothyroidism in a 30-year-old man.
A 30-year-old male with subclinical hypothyroidism was treated with Ayurvedic medicines at Shuddhi Ayurveda Clinic for six months. The treatment led to a significant reduction in TSH levels from 181 µIU/ml to 0.11 µIU/ml within two months, and a mild increase to 5.59 µIU/ml after four months. The patient's clinical conditions improved, demonstrating the efficacy of Ayurvedic interventions in managing hypothyroidism.
