The study investigated the effects of mesotherapy medications on hair organ culture and dermal papilla cell culture, focusing on treatments for androgenetic alopecia and chronic telogen effluvium. Researchers collected occipital hair follicles from patients with androgenetic alopecia and cultured them in William E media with various mesotherapy medications, including lidocaine, placental extract, Pondil(R), CRP-1000(R), and their mixtures at different concentrations (1, 10, 50㎕). After 8 days, the cultured hair follicles were stained and analyzed. The study aimed to evaluate the potential of these medications to promote hair growth and provide a new therapeutic approach for hair loss conditions.
