TLDR Direct brow lifting is effective, safe, and provides excellent long-lasting results for bald men or those with a high hairline.
The study evaluated direct brow lifting in 50 male patients aged 45-75, showing a significant improvement in brow elevation in 98% of patients after 12 months. The aesthetic results were rated as excellent by 92% of patients and good by 8%. The main complication was scar visibility in two patients. The study concluded that direct brow lifting is effective for bald men or those with a high anterior hairline, providing excellent and long-lasting results. It was deemed easy, safe, replicable, and less traumatic, with 92% of surgeons and 96% of patients rating the cosmetic results as excellent or good, and 76% of patients rating the quality of scars as good.
