TLDR The treatment improved hair growth and reduced hair loss.
The study investigated the effects of intradermal injections of B vitamins and the Cystin B6 complex on 32 women with diffuse alopecia, using laser confocal microscopy and laser Doppler flowmetry. The treatment group showed significant improvement in 68.75% of cases, moderate improvement in 18.75%, and slight improvement in 12.5%. The therapy improved scalp circulation, promoted the natural hair growth cycle, and reduced hair loss by normalizing microcirculation and reducing elevated vascular tone, making it a valuable addition to diffuse alopecia treatment.
