Sarcoidosis, a multisystem disease, often involves the skin in 25-30% of cases, presenting with both non-specific lesions like erythema nodosum and specific granulomatous manifestations such as papules, plaques, lupus pernio, and rare forms like alopecia and hypopigmented patches. This document reported two cases with cutaneous manifestations, highlighting the diagnostic challenges they posed.
