The study evaluated the effectiveness of Bhringraj capsule and oil along with Nasya in managing hair fall (Khalitya) in 31 patients with diffuse hair loss. Patients applied Bhringraj Taila daily for four weeks. Results showed a significant reduction in hair fall, dandruff, itching, and dryness (p < 0.001), with no adverse reactions reported. The treatment was well-received, and Bhringraj Taila was concluded to be effective in alleviating Khalitya.
