TLDR Unbalanced diet is the main cause of male pattern baldness, and rest and sleep are the best prevention.
The study analyzed the causes and treatments of male pattern baldness using SPSS, revealing that 37.2% of participants had seborrheic skin, and hair loss typically began at age 30 for 33.5% of men. Hair loss was most common in the front of the head (38.7%) and more prevalent among entrepreneurs. An unbalanced diet was identified as the main cause (26.7%). While anti-dandruff agents were the most used treatment, hair growth promoters were the most desired. Adequate rest and sleep were deemed the most effective preventive measures. The findings aimed to help understand and address the increasing issue of hair loss in men.
