Clinical Observation of Chinese Comprehensive Therapy on Androgenetic Alopecia of Damp and Heat in the Spleen and Stomach Pattern

    The study observed the clinical efficacy of Chinese comprehensive therapy on androgenetic alopecia associated with damp and heat in the spleen and stomach pattern. It involved 65 participants, divided into a treatment group (33 cases) and a control group (32 cases), over a 3-month period. The treatment group received seven-star needle therapy, while the control group received oral Chinese medicine and acupuncture. The total effective rate was 90.91% in the treatment group and 84.38% in the control group, with significant improvements in hair, scalp condition, and new hair regeneration in both groups. The study concluded that Chinese comprehensive therapy was effective in improving clinical symptoms and promoting hair growth in this specific pattern of androgenetic alopecia.
