It presents three cases where children exhibited unusual symptoms such as recurrent alopecia, persistent seborrhea, and pronounced abdominal syndrome following gluten consumption combined with physical activity. The study highlights the necessity for timely clinical and laboratory diagnosis to ensure early treatment and improve prognosis.
