It highlights three atypical cases where gluten intolerance manifested as recurrent alopecia, persistent seborrhea, and pronounced abdominal syndrome following gluten intake and physical activity. The study emphasizes the importance of timely clinical and laboratory diagnosis of gluten-sensitive diseases to ensure early treatment and improve prognosis. The research adhered to ethical standards, with informed consent obtained from patients, and no conflicts of interest were reported.
