Modern Methodology for Improving Bone Tissue Regeneration in Dentistry

This study reviews modern techniques for improving bone tissue regeneration in dentistry, focusing on methods like guided bone regeneration, distraction osteogenesis, and platelet-rich plasma (PRP) therapy. These techniques aim to address issues such as maxillary bone loss due to dental diseases or trauma, which complicate dental implant placement. The PASS principle is crucial for successful guided bone regeneration, while advancements in titanium mesh technology and stem cell therapy show promise for enhancing bone and tissue regeneration. Despite some inconsistencies in the literature regarding effectiveness, the study emphasizes the importance of understanding osteogenic processes and calls for further research to develop personalized osteoregeneration strategies.
