TLDR A 21-year-old male has a benign skin condition called Becker's nevus, which he chose not to treat.
This case report discusses a 21-year-old male with Becker's nevus, a benign hyperpigmented lesion that appeared at age 16 on his right arm, showing hypertrichosis and irregular margins. Dermoscopic examination showed a well-defined pigment network and perifollicular hypopigmentation. Although Q-switched laser treatment was suggested for cosmetic reasons, the patient declined as the condition is benign. Becker's nevus, a rare condition mainly affecting men, involves increased pigmentation and hair growth. The report calls for further research on atypical presentations and treatment options.
