Becker's Melanosis and Hypertrichosis predominantly affected young males aged 10-15, characterized by unilateral brown pigmentation and hair overgrowth on the shoulders and thoracic area. The condition initially progressed over 2-3 years before stabilizing, with some cases showing gradual pigment reduction. Seven patients were observed over two years in Melbourne, with clinical and histological findings presented alongside a literature review.
