This document discusses a case of alopecia triangularis congenita in combination with androgenetic alopecia. The patient experienced hair loss after puberty, which improved with treatment using antiandrogens. The patient's family history also supported the diagnosis of androgenetic alopecia. A hair transplant was successfully performed after stabilization of hair loss. The document also briefly mentions denture stomatitis associated with an allergic reaction to teeth prostheses.

Regrowing hairline without the use of Minoxidil or Finasteride, and instead using mechanical stimulation such as Derma Roller, Nizoral, Zinc Pyrithione, Scalp Massage, Scalp Exercise, Fish Oil and other topical solutions. It is cautioned that there are risks associated with not using medically-prescribed treatments, but it is suggested to consider mechanical stimulation in addition to those prescribed treatments.
