    A patient with stage IIA diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL) underwent six cycles of R-CHOP chemotherapy at 21-day intervals, resulting in the development of Beau’s lines (transverse grooves) on all 20 nails after each cycle. The patient also experienced onycholysis due to cyclophosphamide and doxorubicin treatment. Two months after stopping chemotherapy, the Beau’s lines disappeared.
