Antibacterial Effects of Ethanolic Extracts of Ziziphus Jujuba, Medicago Sativa, Reum Ribes, and Hyssopus Officinalis on Some Standard Gram-Positive and Gram-Negative Bacteria In Vitro

The study investigated the antibacterial effects of ethanolic extracts from Ziziphus jujuba, Medicago sativa, Reum ribes, and Hyssopus officinalis on standard Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria in vitro. The results demonstrated that these plant extracts exhibited varying degrees of antibacterial activity against the tested bacterial strains. The findings suggested that these extracts could potentially be used as natural antibacterial agents, although further research would be necessary to fully understand their mechanisms and efficacy in practical applications.
