TLDR Argireline significantly reduces wrinkles.
The study evaluated the anti-wrinkle efficacy of Argireline in 60 Chinese subjects and aged mice. In the clinical study, subjects applied Argireline or placebo to periorbital wrinkles twice daily for 4 weeks, resulting in a 48.9% improvement in the Argireline group with a significant reduction in wrinkle depth (P<0.01). In the animal study, aged mice treated with Argireline for 6 weeks showed improved skin morphology, increased type I collagen fibers (P<0.01), and decreased type III collagen fibers (P<0.05). The findings indicated that Argireline had significant anti-wrinkle effects.
