Clinical Observation of Androgenetic Alopecia Treated with Yishen Decoction

    The study investigated the effects of Yishen Decoction on 86 patients with androgenetic alopecia. The treatment showed a clinical effective rate of 61.6%. Significant improvements were observed in hemorrheological markers, including blood viscosity, plasma viscosity, haematocrit, erythrocyte aggregation index, erythrocyte rigidity index, and fibrinogen levels. The study concluded that Yishen Decoction effectively decreased blood viscosity and provided satisfactory clinical outcomes for patients with androgenetic alopecia.
